One of Kim Kardashian's followers on twitter named "iwishiwaskim" tweeted: "I’m getting head to toe plastic surgery next week to look like @kimkardashian so my husband won’t leave me." When Kim saw the tweet she promptly tweeted her back saying "NO". Kim then continued saying "Pls dont,Ur husband should love u 4 who u are! Don’t try 2 b someone else. Im sure u are beautiful inside &out! Just as u are" Kim also told all her followers that they should not try to change their appearance to please others finishing with: "Don’t change yourself for anybody but yourself…be happy with who u are! Someone will appreciate and adore u just as you are"
